Lex has built many housing developments. These can vary in size from 5 houses up to 100. In these schemes we have built traditional brick built houses and timber frame. Most of these projects are bespoke and our flexibilty enables us to fulfil our clients needs. We carry out the construction, fit out and landscaping for the project.

Lex has many ongoing developments with various housing associations. Sites can vary in size and the types of housing differs. It is not unusual to build houses and apartments together. We project manage the build and the fit out to our clients standards.
