Lex Construction Management Ltd is a strong and dynamic construction management company bringing together the strengths and experiences of construction professionals who have worked together for over 20 years. The directors have cumulatively over 60 years of construction management and technical experience, together with our support staff we aim to successfully deliver a wide variety of projects within cost parameters and on-time.

Our Philosophy is based upon the provision of the highest quality professional services, which are management lead. We relate directly to Clients particular needs in order to achieve their aims and goals.

Clients are becoming increasingly aware that there are many different ways of designing, procuring and constructing buildings, and that their priorities are Cost, Time and Quality.

We specialise in the construction and fitting out of retail outlets, commercial premises, offices and residential developments.

Currently we are building KFC retail outlets, the first Costa Coffee drive though in the UK. Refurbishing the offices of national statistics at London, Newport and Southampton.
